The third of seven sisters, Shaniqua Riley, or "Niq" as she's known to her friends, has always embraced the journey of finding herself, and where she is headed. Growing up in a family majority of them being women, she developed leadership skills close bonds with her sisters, her mother and grandmothers -- as the love & experience of 3 generations of Women knitted their lives together. 

Throughout her early childhood Shaniqua consistently displayed her academic strength and an affinity for the well being of women, during this time she showed her curiosity for the medical field inspired by her mom who was a nurse tech in a local hospital.   

Upon graduating from High School, Niq enrolled at University of South Carolina Upstate, with a major in Chemistry. It was during her time there, at 21 years old, that a conversation with a friend inspired her to begin searching for, and living through, her Purpose. 

That moment, and all the moments of her life before it, has lead her on the journey of constant learning, evolution and reinvention. Upon transferring to the University of South Carolina, for her junior year, her journey satisfied many aspects of her personality, as she changed her major to Nursing, while eventually finding her stride with a Bachelors Degree in Fashion Merchandising. 

Shaniqua has successfully held many different positions, in different fields, as her journey towards purpose continues to introduce her to new horizons. She is as naturally gifted as she is compassionate, as naturally curious as she is down to Earth; and as caring as she is focused on consistently discovering the best version of herself, the relationships with the people she loves, her connection with God and walking in her purpose every single day. 

In the spirit of the 21 year old young woman, in college, sitting amongst friends, wondering where life will lead her to next, ask yourself... WHAT’S YOUR PURPOSE?
